GyeokSangSee 1.1.0 — Edit while you view
You can now touch up images right from the viewer and choose how to save them. Still free for personal use.
New
- Image editing palette Open it with the [Edit image] button on the left side of the viewer, or from the [Edit] menu.
- Drawing: brush, eraser (restores the original photo), line, arrow, rectangle, ellipse, text, mosaic, eyedropper
- Shape: crop, rotate left/right, flip horizontal/vertical
- Adjustments: brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness, blur, grayscale, sepia, invert
- Undo/redo (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y), mouse-wheel zoom
- Choose how to save
- “Overwrite original” asks you once more before replacing the file.
- “Save as new file” creates
name_editedand leaves the original untouched. - Formats that cannot be written back (HEIC, PSD, SVG, …) are saved as a new PNG.
- Claude connection (MCP, optional) Let the Claude AI assistant (Claude Desktop, Claude Code) control GyeokSangSee.
- Example: “show me the photos in this folder” or “add an arrow and save it as a new file”.
- Off by default. Turn it on in Menu > Settings > Claude connection.
- Works only on the same PC and Windows user account, never over the internet.
- Files deleted by Claude always go to the Recycle Bin.
Improvements
- Donation banners in the side margins of the single-image viewer. They resize with the margin and hide when space runs out, so they never cover the picture.
- Safeguards against extremely large or malformed images (up to 500 megapixels).
- Editing an image inside a .zip/.cbz archive saves a new file next to the archive.
- Lower memory use when editing large photos.
Get it
- Microsoft Store: updates automatically once Store certification is complete.
